About Our Ministry

He Will Be There Ministries was founded in October of 2008 by Adam Soliz & Mark Richardson as a Non-Profit Organization. We are a non-denominational ministry with the word non-denominational defined as not restricted to any particular religious denomination. We have a great respect for all Christian based Churches and Organizations.    

He Will Be There Ministries is incorporated with the New Mexico Public Regulations Commission as a Nonprofit Organization for the purpose of Religious Actives, Music Ministries, Charitable Work, and Educational Endeavors.

The board of directors and officers of the Ministry have a wide range of professional skills that will allow us to take on many projects to help the needy and youths in our community and across America.

The board is comprised of 5 women and 4 men ranging in ages 26 to 65 with a variety of races including Native American, Hispanic, Caucasian, and Hungarian. We do not discriminate against anyone and believe that all people are created equal in the eyes of God.     

Our present activities include performing music ministry and preaching of the word of our Lord God in accordance to The Holy Bible. We go out to a wide variety of places in New Mexico and Texas such as churches, civic centers, public parks and other public venues to perform our ministry.
